Cleaning a toilet

Cleaning a toilet

I admit that cleaning a toilet is probably one of the least favourite chores when it comes to cleaning the house ,second only to the washing the dishes, or having to clean a carpet when someone has had a good vomit, but someone has to do it, and when it is your turn to do the toilet, a sense of dread rushes over you. I hate a grubby toilet. If a toilet hasn’t been cleaned for a few days I am not a happy guy. Even pouring a bit of bleach down the loo and flushing is an improvement.

Many people actually get down on their knees, and scrub the toilet bowl clean, despite touching god knows what with their bare hands, the same hands used to type the words of a blog on their laptop. Scrubbing away at the same bowl which flushes away bodily matter, not a very nice thought.

I’m more of a no contact person, so you will not catch me with a spray and a sponge. I hate touching the things, and I’d rather just spray some bathroom mousse into the bowl, leave it to work and flush. Using a bathroom mousse is much easier than a bit of spray and a sponge, and one with a hint of citrus smells great, and with no spending hours on your hands and knees scrubbing a toilet bowl makes it even sweeter. So don’t spend your Saturday night in the bathroom, use a decent bathroom mousse to save time for partying!
